WS023 Vintage William Spratling sterling silver 3-dome ring, circa-1940s Spratling's Three Domed ring incorporates the stamped domed circles characteristic of his First Design Period with applied beads in a commanding pre-Columbian design. Bearing the primary ‘WS print circle’ hallmark (1940-1946) and the secondary ‘Spratling Silver’ hallmark in an oval cartouche (1940-1944), this ring is featured in “Mexican Silver” by Morrill and Berk (Plate III-27, page 42). An ideal complement to the Spratling ‘Caviar’ bracelet (WS020), this design is an exquisite personal accent. |
