Hector’s sexy sleek asymmetrical cuff snakes slender tubes around the wrist, then smacks ‘em with brilliant pops of color.  BAM!  This punched-up design can be worn with the colors facing demurely inside/under or sitting boldly on top of the arm – either way, this number’s a real attention-grabber.
